By accessing and using the Lawra GH website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted areas.
3. Account registration
To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes where stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is 24 hours within Accra and 48 hours outside Accra, subject to availability and courier schedules. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
6. Returns and exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are possible only if the error is from Lawra GH and the item is returned within 24 hours of delivery. To start a return, call or WhatsApp +233 24 650 5423.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the property of Lawra GH or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Lawra GH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
