Delivery
We deliver within 24 hours inside Accra and 48 hours outside Accra. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak periods.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on orders. All sales are final once payment is confirmed and the item has been delivered.
Exchanges
An exchange is possible only when the error is from Lawra GH — for example, if you received the wrong item, a defective product, or something significantly different from what was ordered. The item must be returned within 24 hours of delivery, unused and in its original packaging.
